Ornoir was happy as a child. Her parents loved her, and her sister Sanya. They provided for them no matter what, and made sure that they were always safe. Ornoir was pleased during her childhood. Until, that is, she met Lesoleil. The female Imperial was beautiful, and Ornoir fell for her at once. Her family caught wind of her affections, and strongly opposed them. They told her that "it wasn't natural to fall in love with a dragon of the same sex." They tried to convince her that it was wrong that she loved Lesoleil. Even her family's disapproval couldn't keep her down for long. At night, Ornoir snuck into Lesoleil's family's camp, and picked her up, flying away. In short terms, she kidnapped her. When Lesoleil woke up, she was startled to see a strange dragon holding her miles above ground. She shouted to be let down, and Ornoir did. When they landed, Ornoir told her of everything. Lesoleil was furious that she had been kidnapped, but was worried that Ornoir was unstable, as she had kidnapped a dragon because she loved her, so she decided to play along. Lesoleil knew of a clan to escape to with her love, so she brought them there. Despite her worry of Ornoir's mental state, Lesoleil found that she began to enjoy her company more and more each day. Eventually, the two became official mates and live in the Light clan that Ornoir found, one called Chronomaly. Now, Ornoir and Lesoleil can laugh at the past, remembering the day that Ornoir had decide it was a good idea to kidnap the dragon she loved. |

Ornoir is a bubbly, easily excited dragon. Some dragons hypothesize this is because she fled from her parents when she was still young, and so she kept her childish demeanor. Others think that she's so happy because that's who she was meant to be. Ornoir, however, is an antisocial dragon. It's not as if she doesn't like other dragons, it's just that she feels uncomfortable talking to others. She stays in her cave most of the time, embarrassed to even go out. The one dragon she doesn't feel uncomfortable talking to is Lesoleil.
History Snippet
Ornoir set down the fuming dragon gently on the ground.
"What were you thinking?" Lesoleil cried out. "I have a family, you know!" Ornoir nodded. "I know... I just needed to be with you. You can send them letters whenever you want, just please... stay with me!" Lesoleil gave her a strange look. Pity? Sadness? Fear? Finally, she gave a nod. "Fine, just no more carrying me. I can fly on my own." Ornoir enthusiastically bobbed her head, a grin spreading over her face. She flounced about before shooting up into the air, shouting, "Come on!" Lesoleil, despite herself, beamed a tiny smile. |
