Biography
Name origin: French scientist Louis Pasteur, who studied diseases and pretty much invented vaccinations (the reason you don't have smallpox right now).

The clan's Plague ambassador. He is nerdy and likes challenges of the mind over challenges of the physical variety, although he's proficient at those too. He knows a lot about diseases, although he's more into the research side of things than actually curing them. He is surprisingly mild-mannered; when he finds he's scared a hatchling, he will act petrified of them, even if said hatchling is a day-old Fae.
He has come up with a way of preventing bad infections by using his elemental powers to conjure more mild versions of the infections. Surprisingly, he's gotten Aurelia on board with this inoculation regime- better hatchies sick for a few days than weeks... or worse... Plus she's seen his notes.
Coli views- he doesn't particularly like it.
Thoughts on the big move- Worried but he's letting other dragons deal with it and just trying not to let his elemental heritage cause any trouble.
