Growing up in one of the largest cities in Drachma gives access to many resources & opportunities. However, Venom did not grow up in the rich district- he grew up without knowing who his true parents were. At an early age, he was adopted into an orphanage and grew up there until he became old enough to fend for himself. The orphanage was old and poor- the stone & wood had cracks and food was scarce.

When he looked out the window- all he could see was the shadow reflected by the tall houses. Venom was envious of the dragons that had better lives and soon hate filled his heart.

Growing up in the orphanage taught him that all lives are not equal. He was bullied and fought for some extra food. Often times, he was punished for asking questions about ''the outside world'' One day, his curiosity led him to sneak out of the orphanage to see the parade of soldiers and generals coming back from war. The shining armor and banners inspired and gave him courage that allowed Venom to endure the years of living in the orphanage.

When he became old enough to fend for himself, he was kicked out with nothing but tattered clothes and a few gold coins. With nowhere to go, and with the weather turning cold, Venom labored day and night- he did some jobs here and there and earned just enough to survive. He remembered when Drachma was recruiting new soldiers. Desperate for food & shelter, he signed up and was soon accepted.

Venom was taught how to fight and survive out on the battlefield. Months turned into years as he earned medals after medals (while gaining some scars along the way). He rose in ranks and was placed into a squadron.

He met Karthus when they were placed together. Venom & Karthus got along well and they endured battle after battle. Over time, Venom noticed something. Karthus was constently praised by the higher-ups, and whatever Venom accomplished- he did it better. Jealousy soon claimed his heart when Karthus was elevated to commander while he was demoted.

Deciding to leave the army, he was taking underground jobs. Because of his years of experience fighting, Venom was able to make a name for himself and he was contacted by Moriarty, who hired him for contracts.

On that fateful day, Venom was tasked with the job of assassinating the Emperor. Plans were carefully made & everything was perfect. However, things went foul when Karthus discovered Venom sneaking around. They fought until Karthus landed a killing blow on Venom. As he layed there on the palace floor, his former partner was shocked that it was him

''Venom! Why would you betray us?''

''You stole everything from me. I did everything I could while you got it easily.''
