Ragamuffin's integration into the clan was strange enough. To have a second Nocturne join them, also from Lightning and under similar circumstances, raised suspicions among a lot of the dragons. If Virrin wasn't so soft it's likely Flossy would have been kicked out by the warier members of the clan.

As it is, she has been permitted to remain as a forager, gathering plants for the vegetarian dragons. Although she herself subsists on meat and insects she occasionally treats herself to some berries, which she hoards in her corner of the lair -- the taste is worth an upset stomach for a few days.

Her gathering often leads her through areas thick with bracken, dust and cobwebs, which cling to her wings and scales.
