Persephone rarely speaks- she's only spoken a few times that anyone can remember since the day she was hatched. Before her mate-to-be's death, he would speak for the both of them, and Persephone would wait and watch in silence. She always used to wait, back then, to see how events played out around her.

And then came the day when he died, his wings ripped off and his throat torn out by Talonok attackers. Persephone couldn't wait and watch and listen any longer, and she went off to war. Dark magic left imprints on her wings and scales, and she honed her talents to become an experienced battle-mage.

She wears black armor, and she never speaks, and the Beastclans call her the Avenger. When they speak of her, they say she looks young, but her eyes are ancient and full of a fury as old as the stars. Some say, she will never die. Others growl and whisper to the shadows, we will see about that, but the foolish ones who set out the find the Avenger never return.
