Named after a Calabrian herb grower and seller and meaning "mint"


‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍"Oh, how wonderful! A visitor!" a fae says as she lands on a tree limb beside you, making the branches tied to her wings shudder from the movement. The jewel adorming her forehead glistens as she tilts her head to peer at you with her large green eyes. She is sizable for a fae, and her massive dappled wings make her appear even larger. She turns swiftly to a small purple guardian lingering close behind her.

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍"There is no need to crowd us, Lilac. This stranger means us no harm, and I can take care of myself." Despite having a rather flat voice, her words convey kindness. She looks back to you and smiles, as well as any fae can, before spreading her wings.

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍"I hope you'll find your stay here enjoyable. There are a few spare hollows in Greatroost if you need somewhere to rest, and we have plenty of food. I'd love to get to know you, but I'm rather busy! If you ever need something, I or one of my mates should be easy enough to find."

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍And with that, she takes off with a simple flick of her wings and is quickly out of sight again.


‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ Pileju is the founder and leader of the clan. She rules alongside her two mates, Platinum and Judas. She acts like a mother and guardian to all of the younger members of her clan, even though she is much smaller than most of them. She puts all the other members' needs before hers.

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ While Pileju loves both of her mates dearly, she interacts with each of them differently. Platinum had come to her at the very beginning and helped her to found the new clan, and the pair are quite affectionate. It wasn't until the clan had already become established that Judas arrived and won over Pileju's heart with their gentle personality and practical thinking. After that, the group met the lovely and strong fae Amora, and she won them all over too.

‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ With the size of the clan ever-increasing, Pileju has had to divide some of her duties among other dragons. The forested territory beyond the clearing where most clanmates reside is vast, but thankfully a band of gaolers busy themselves with circling the perimeter. The oldest and wisest gaolder, Encratia, reports to Pileju on any news from the clan's outskirts. An unusually large aberration Carnation has been cultivating a massive rosebush garden that serves as a barrier along parts of the clan's perimeter. Pileju has allowed Carnation to reside along the outskirts with her followers and share resources as long as they do not harm each other.
