Biography
A Fiery Legacy.
Art was born as the culmination of 10 generations of proud Fire flight nobility. Throughout his youth and into his adulthood, he stayed humble alongside his younger sister Jasper, while their youngest sibling Firion chose to join Clan Aglis in the Snowsquall Tundra as a member of lesser nobility when he was young.
In his daily life, Art was often mistaken as some sort of apprentice, page, or at the very most, some sort of traveling mercenary who packed light. Art didn't mind. On occasion he would correct dragons who would sneer down at him or ask where they could find his master, but he would do so with an apologetic smile.
Nonetheless, he attended to his duties as Lord of the Amonian name, sharing his decision making powers equally with his sister, who had inherited a great amount of magic. Jasper gained the moniker of "Amonian Flame" after a time, but those close to her would snicker "Caster Jasper" in response to hearing such a reverent tone in reference to her.
The brother-sister duo, refusing to take mates however fell out of favour among some of the other families of the Ashfall Waste, worming their spies into Art and Jasper's small court. One such spy was a nocturne noblewoman who was taken in as Jasper's apprentice. Upon getting the word, the nocturne killed the Amonian Flame and let a pack of wildclaws and a flock of powerful faes into the lair, burning, drowning, and tearing apart all the written history they could find while seeking out Art. Fleeing North, Art attempted to seek asylum with the clan that had help nurture his predecessors, the clan of High Valley. Asking only to stay for a short while, the clan insisted he stay.
The fire within him growing day by day, Art changed the way he presented himself. No longer could he be mistaken as another dragon's page, despite the risk, he looked threatening and regal. With the goal of rebuilding the history of his family, Art is still a gentle and personally humble dragon, but he will never let others forget his name.
