Taken in as a lost pup, little is known of Vasenara’s past. As he grew, he began to learn how to light and maintain the many lanterns throughout Shi’Kahr. Why a Shadow dragon wishes to make it his business keeping the dark at bay, no one can tell - perhaps out of gratitude for the clan’s kindness in caring for him? True to his nature in this one way, at least, Vasenara is more likely to laugh or lie when asked than give a straight answer, so it’s not likely the clan will ever find out.

Disappointed in Shi'Kahr's nightlife - why on earth was everyone always retreating to their homes just as he woke? - he took matters into his own hands and opened up a tavern. Just off the main road, the two-story building caters to all types, from the rowdy ground floor to the relaxed, hushed couches upstairs.

★ KATAU (a friend) Katau sells many of his pastries and desserts to the tavernkeeper, finding that his hungry patrons are more than happy to go through far more of them than he manages to sell in his pristine shop.
