Biography

One of the youngest dragons of the original crows and basically a "little" sister to Gumbe.
Gumbe worries about her a lot when she thinks about all kinds of troubles she could get herself into because her lousy role model, Routa. Despite that Gumbe loves Delcie who has grown into guarding Gumbe and small hatchlings of the nest from any and all harm.
