Taken over by fungus

Skag was the first dragon to ever be apart of "The Almighty Clan", hatchling just before Noon under the blazing sun of the Wasteland. His eyes first set upon Sei, his Clan leader and to him - His mother.
Just a few moments later His Sister was born, MissMammoth or Moth for shorth.
They both grew up together and have witnessed many dragons come and go from the clan but they themselves have never and will never leave, they are bonded to this place and to their mother Sei and the thought of leaving has never even crossed their minds.

Over the years, Skag has taken a few mates but None of them held his heart like hsi beloved Gwendolyn.
She gave him purpose and calmed his wild and unruly behavior, which not even Sei thought possible.
She Came to the clan like a and her personality shown like a beam of light from a beautifully dark dragon.
Skag was instantly in love and found a way to introduce himself to her, which was to "Save" her from a Crowned Bonepriest that ~~he let loose~~ Just so happen to run into her path.
Gwendolyn Knew he was up to it, probably because he forgot to take the collar off of the Giant Centipede But she pretended to be scared and was very grateful to Skag for "Saving Her".
Skag invited her to his home for lunch the next day and even offered for her to rent out his spare guest lair he has beside his, it was small but it was more spacious than the Inn.
Gwendolyn accepted and moved in the following day and was pleased to find that her and skag had a lot in common. They both enjoyed the outdoors, Gardening, Gathering fruits and Veggies, Small game hunting, riddles and so many other things.
After a month or so the two began their life together as mates, almost never leaving each others side.

One Day Skag went out on a regular trip down to the coast line to collect Shells for an upcoming Event that the clan was preparing for, and that was the day skags life changed forever.
When he was walking along the beach he noticed a small box washing up and down the shore , he walked over and snatched the box from the soft waves and looked it over for a brief moment before putting into his shell bag and continuing his walk.
After a few hours he began his walk back home and when just a mile or so from the clan he decided to sit down for a moment and take a drink of water, reaching into the bag he notices the box that he had totally forgot about by now... He should have just let it alone but instead he decided to try and open it.
He pulled and it would not budge and so he pulled a bit harder and then used his teeth and then the box blew open and dust flew everywhere. Skag coughed and wheezed he fell forward gasping for air and that is when he notices small green mushrooms laying on the floor in front of him, that wasnt dust it was spores.
he picked up the spores and ran as fast as he could to Membrane and explained as best he could what had happened before he fell unconscious.

When He awoke he felt strange, like he was not "all there" or something and that is when Membrane had to explain to him that most of his brain and body was taken over by some sort of never before seen fungus parasite that is now living inside of him in some sort of symbiotic relationship.
Membrane somehow stopped to spread of the fungus but it cannot be fully killed without also killing the host.. so now Skag must learn to live with his new "In-body roommate".. and its not easy.

Physical Traits:

- Orange Spines
- Red Eyes

-After Fungi Took over
*Eyes have turned almost Grey with a tint of red.
*Eyes have visible tiny fungi Parasites within and are sensitive to sunlight.
*Spore growth on most of body but
has been localized to the shoulders,
hips, tail and behind head crests by membrane.

*Wears wolf pelt to cover hide the growths behind his crests and ribs.
*continuous spores seem to come from under
the pelt but do not have the same effect as the ones that invaded Skags system.
*Fungi seems to only grow in shades of
green and sometimes tinted yellow.

Personality:

Even After the change he has
managed to keep his personality.
With that said, his violent nature does seem to
re-appear when he is under stress
and the spores on his body seem to release
80% more when this happens.
It seems his speech has also suffered from the fungi
taking over parts of his brain and can now
only speak in a broken dialect.
