Anduriel is the first mirror dragon to join the pack. He stumbled across a nest while hunting and got into a fight with Diarmund. After the dust had setteled he was forced to admit defeat and leave to lick his wounds.
He came back next day for a re-match. And a day after that. And a day after that. Eventually it was just easier for everyone that he stayed permanently.
Anduriel's most defining trait is his pride. He doesn't accept defeat or second place and he's willing to be rutheless if it's needed in order to win. Most of the time he plays with the team, though. It's just easier that way.
He doesn't get along with Toltec since his arrogant and ruthless behavior tends to cause trouble within the clan.
Anduriel has four daughters, two sons, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren he absolutely adores.

Anduriel oli ensimmäinen klaaniin liittynyt peilarikäärme. Hän sattui löytämään klaanin pesän metsästysretkellä ja joutui tappeluun Diarmundin kanssa. Kun pöly oli laskeutunut, hänen oli myönnettävä tappionsa ja mentävä nuolemaan haavojaan.
Hän tuli takaisin seuraavana päivänä vaatien uusintaottelua. Ja sitä seuraavana päivänä. Ja sitä seuraavana. Lopulta kaikki tulivat siihen tulokseen että hänen oli vain helpompi jäädä klaaniin lopullisesti.
Andurielin selkein luonteinpiirre on hänen ylpeytensä. Hän ei hyväksy tappiota tai toista sijaa noin vain ja on valmis tekemään lähes mitä tahansa voiton takia. Suurimman osan ajasta hän pelaa samaan pussiin muiden kanssa vain koska se on tksinkertaisesti helpompaa.
Hän ei tule toimeen Toltecin kanssa koska hänen pöyhkeä ja itsekäs käytöksensä aiheuttaa usein ongelmia klaanin sisällä.
Hän välittää kaikista lapsistaan ja lapsenlapsistaan todella paljon.

"Anduriel, clean up this mess," commanded Diarmund and turned her back. Anduriel let out a silent hiss. It was infuriating that he had to endure this kind of treatment when he, Anduriel, should be the one calling the shots.
Artreides let out a laugh. The serthis was glaring at Diarmund's back, a nasty grin on her face.
"Strong," she whispered. "But with so tragically weak blood."
Anduriel nodded. Yes, she was right. Diarmund might be stronger than him but her children... They were no match to his own. One day, when the icy queen's powers would inevitably fade, it would be his kin ruling over these lands.
"You are happy, crimson-scale," observed Artreides.
Anduriel nodded. Just you wait, Diarmund. Just you wait.

Trivia/Notes:

- He is actually pretty well read altough he doesn't admit it in public.

- He has close connections to the Beastclans, particulary to a large serthis tribe living nearby.

- His serthis familiar, Artreides, is the closest friend he has.

- That's why he is the unoficcial beastclan ambassador of the clan.

- He distrusts imperials because he has once seen an Emperor from a distance as a hatchling.
