Concept
A new retake on "will-o-wisp" a deity who lingers between the dreams and the reality, bringing a bit of piece from the dream to the reality in a shape of amazing treasures. The ones with adventurous heart seeking for his treasures he shares, but with a twist like a trickster - but in return he can bring all Treasures to anyone desired.
Some may not survive to get it, some may cross rules of the world to get it, but once they got - it is theirs (with all its merits and flaws).
It is his nature to twist the deals.
In some legends he is referred as an evil tempter who tries to taint the one's heart with unbelievable riches and those who carry his gifts are cursed - while other legends respecting him for the lessons he offers as some guiding spirit who rewarding the ones passing his tasks with great Gifts.
He possess many forms, but the most often portrayed and seen is his dragon form, curling like a noble snake in the air carrying a bottle of lights from the dreams, in the hug of dancing lights.
Clan Lore
In his journeys through many places he never had his attention tied for too long. Nothing could keep him to stay for longer than needed. A free spirit on the back of the warm winds always in motion and never to be found. Not if he doesn't want to be found.
Passing through the lair of the 'Fallen Gods Sanctuary' has shown him something he for sure was unprepared for. A glowy beacon right in front of him, something he has only seen in the stairs up in the sky manifested in one strange dragon he could not understand.
He was staying close - observing, trying to understand what he is, how this is even possible.
He found no answers on the question, but kept returning pushed by his curiosity up until he formed contact. Seeing more into the clan leader's soul he decided to stay close a bit longer, and while he had his own games to play from time to time he returns, sometimes with a gift he got as token from one of his journeys.
