Erelah

Back before finding the skyline clan, before her meeting with the Windsinger, even before her first mate Mellow, all Erelah wanted to do was to travel and let the wind under her wings be her destiny, but fate had other plans. For a long part of her life, Erelah had been a traveler like she had dreamed of. She traveled from clan to clan, told the stories of her adventures, and made many friends. Sadly, she never got too close to her new found friends for she knew that she must continue traveling, well that's how she thought until she met Mellow.

Mellow was a sweet and caring Tundra who had a love for the clan's familiars and Erelah fell madly in love with him. she finally settled down and together, they had three hatchlings who Erelah loved dearly. Unfortunately, the clan was running out of space, so, in the middle of the night, when Erelah was sleeping, Mellow sent their children away to serve the Windsinger. Erelah was heart broken when Mellow told her what he had done. She left the clan, hatred for the Tundra she once loved burning inside her. she planed to go to the Windsinger and ask for her hatchlings back.

Erelah made the journey in a matter of minutes, her strong emotions fueling her magic. She stormed right up to the Windsinger, fearless of what he would do to her, and demanded that she have her hatchlings back right now. the Windsinger calmly said that he couldn't accept her request but he could fix her broken heart. Erelah agreed and the Windsinger crafted magic wind chimes that could soothe emotional pain when the wind blew them. He tied the chimes to Erelah's wings and enchanted them so they wouldn't come off or slow her flying down and told her that in order to keep the chimes, she must find a clan yet swear off having hatchlings and with that Erelah left thanking the Windsinger as she flew.

Erelah spent many days searching for a clan that could use her chimes. Eventually, she heard of a clan divided and thought she could mend the rivalry. Erelah went to the rouge side or skyline clan first, finding out very quickly that there was no way she could convince them to come together again so she just decided to join and roll with whatever happened next. very quickly, she was made Wind flight diplomat for her new found respect and loyalty to the Windsinger. Even with her tragic story, Erelah is a calm and practical dragon even without her chimes ringing and is incredibly loyal to her flight's deity. some say, on nights when a fair wind isn't blowing, they can here Erelah crying out for her lost children in her sleep.
