RisingsunGuard is ShiningWingsong's Life mate

As the Guardian Clan's dragon leader, RisingsunGuard lives up to his name; He is part of the main defence team with GreenFrostBrave and FingenSecundus, and will use his strength to ensure that nothing will harm those that reside within the lair, as well as those he deems an ally.

Born a Guardian, RisingsunGuard's Search lead him to a lair where he found a greatly injured Mirror, who was later to be named SunWatcher. After wanting to ensure her return to health, as well as using the den for the protection of those he may come across, the Guardian chose to make the lair his own. After being attacked and left for dead, RisingsunGuard was found by a spirit who called himself the Guardian Warrior, or "Ancient" as the lair now calls him because of his age. Supposedly an individual who was killed during the Second Age, when he saw dragons taking hold, he took an oath to himself to protect the first dragon he found. When he stumbled upon RisingsunGuard, he found his lair and helped the Guardian back to his feet. Upon discovering SunWatcher, Ancient felt it was best to assist her as well. Upon realizing that the spirit and RisingsunGuard had the same objective - ensuring the safety of others - and discovering her feelings for the noble Guardian, SunWatcher joined the two and the Guardian clan was born, with Ancient being the clan's invisible protector.

Upon growing to a decent size, Ancient felt it was best for RisingsunGuard to prove to all who crossed his path - be it ally or enemy - that he was not to be taken lightly. This was partially achieved through his Imperial transformation, but it soon became apparent that he had to prove his new strength. The scars that cover his body are a visual of that test, although many are covered beneath the wrappings and armour he wears. The one on his eye - which he wears with pride - came from a fight with another Imperial. It is these scars, plus his new forum, that have continued to intimidate others to this very day.

With the clan now conducing a journey around the world, RisingsunGuard has done his best to ensure the lair continues to remain safe. In Light he took to reading with ShiningWingsong, since that's what those in Light normally do. It took time to get a feel for Nature, Fire, Ice and Wind, but eventually he adapted. At the moment he is working on adjusting to the strong currents that flow through the lands of Water. He's also giving titles to the leaders of the said elements & has assigned himself as the leader of "The Bolts of Protection", with SunWatcher and Minstim as Imperial Co-leaders, and GoldStormStriker, WhiteStorm and GoldenStoem as the Nocturne leaders.

It wasn't until recently that the power of Seraph had been fully tapped by RisingsunGuard. Upon doing so, the imperial underwent a transformation that has startled everyone in the clan...including Ancient. Now everyone wonders what he is capable of doing.
