Caesar strategist | advisor to andreth | 
Focused and never satisfied, Caesar is a perfectionist to the utmost degree. He craves power and influence, drawing other dragons to his cause in order to achieve this. He is prone to fits of rage and violence, but equally he is a master on the battlefield, with a keen eye for when to attack and when to hold back. His charisma is a little rough, but he's well liked by his network of followers. He appears honest, if a little brutal. He has a inane desire to keep everything under one roof, so to speak. When he led in the kingdom of Thanatos, he constantly received letters, as all commands come through him and must be confirmed, by him. He seems to know everyone, and everyone is therefore quite wary of him. It's brought him few friends, but he long ago prepared himself for a life of solitude. He is away more often than not, sometimes taking contingencies in case he runs into one of the many clans he's wronged over the years. It's strange, but secretly he is immensely grateful to be surrounded by other dragons. Years of solitude have taken their toll on him, and the mere presence of other dragons is a relief beyond measure. For many years, Caesar and his mate Cleopatra lived in the lands of the kingdom of Thanatos. He was once brash, young and too smart for his own good, then betrayed. He dragged himself out of the mud and made a name for himself even before he came to the clan. It was a short stop, but the political situation intrigued him. He supported Koschei throughout his takeover, seeing potential in the Skydancer; the potential for a better home base and a valuable ally. He found himself bitter at the natural charisma and following Koschei held, but the two had an accord and soon became friends regardless. The clan however, was eventually infected with the Shade and ridden with disgust, Caesar and Cleopatra fled to the Refuge which had sheltered their children, Augusta and Octavian, so long ago. There they were both snapped up by Andreth as battle advisors. |
