Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this hotheaded Imp wandered a little too far from his lair, StilinskiSpark, and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

After growing bored with his temporary home in the Viridian Labyrinth, Firesteel decided he would venture away in pursuit of his dream- to be a wandering dragon, one who does not really take up permanent residence.
~~~
Firesteel made his way down south, intent on visiting his hatch-lands again. They were as he remembered them, cold and wet and still just as unimpressive. Why did he come back again? He shook his head and started back for the mainland.
~~~
Eventually, he had found a settlement in the Sunbeam Ruins. It was apparently fairly clear that he was a traveller, since all of the shopkeepers (which is to say, the entire town) kept trying to convince him to buy their goods. And that... was incredibly annoying. Still, they had an inn, so he supposed staying for a little while to stock up on food and such would be fine.
As the week passed, he slowly became used to the town and it's inhabitants. That said, he still found them incredibly irritating, with all of this talk of sales and great deals (he hasn't been to enough places to judge that claim for himself). Still, the less annoying ones told him interesting stories of their travels, which only strengthened his desire to set out and see the world. And so he took off, the feeling of the wind under his wings carrying him onward.
~~~
... and then he was back in the Icefields. Not actually by choice, however, that much should be said. He'd been flying around, minding his own business, when out of nowhere a small pack of dragons had tried to jump him.
Keyword: tried.
Firesteel was fast and quickly turned, speeding towards the most hostile and depressing place he knew of in hopes he wouldn't be followed there. And so, he ended up in the Icefields once more. He flew further and further, grumpy and tired and knowing he'd need to restock on supplies before continuing on anyway. So he searched for a clan, a market - anything. In the end, after circling almost the entire mountain that held the Fortress of Ends, he saw colors. His wings were tired, then, and he felt on the verge of passing out entirely.
He almost crashed straight into a row of stalls as he landed, a heap of exhaustion and irritation. And then everything went dark as he let exhaustion drag him down into unconsciousness.
When he awoke, he felt a lot better. His wings still ached a little, but he was warm and didn't feel like he would keel over at any moment. Of course, Firesteel didn't intend to stick around. He supposed he was grateful for the help, but he wasn't out to make friends.
He made things quick. Firesteel made sure to be polite, thanking the clan that had aided him and most specifically Saga, the dragon he'd been told healed him and cared for him. It wasn't that Firesteel was a mean dragon, after all, he was just easily annoyed and had a very low tolerance for stupid things.
Firesteel was given supplies for his upcoming journey, glad to see nobody minded that he wanted to leave soon again. He thanked them, of course, and felt a little better about the pesky lands that were the Icefields as he took off. It was a depressing place, sure, but at least the dragons weren't that bad.
~~~
Firesteel took up residence in the Shifting Expanse. True to its name, the region was a sprawl of shapeshifting desert. After an unfortunate sandstorm Firesteel was lost for weeks, surviving on wild insects and the rare storm. After finally making it back to dragon civilisation, he was only too happy to move on.
