Clan Shikoire's resident cheerful Undertaker. Yarra's responsibilities are to handle any dragon or other corpses the clan may encounter, and attend to the clan's graveyard. Handling of corpses depends entirely upon the critter in question- dragons from the clan and from allied clans (or allied Beastclans) are handled delicately and with utmost respect. For those who are deemed worthy of the honor, Yarra will store the memory of who they were in life by adding a new layer to her pearl, so they may never be forgotten. Dragons who are unknown are neither honored in Yarra's pearl nor dressed up for departing, and are instead returned to their native clan (a task Yarra herself does not carry out) when possible. When not possible, unknown deceased are buried at the border of Clan Shikoire's territory and are given a small grave marker. Yarra's days are primarily spent tending the graveyard instead of actually burying the dead; Clan Shikoire territory rarely sees any serious battling, as most Knights of the Radiant are hired for their brawn and serve other clans away from home. Her duties at the graveyard are general maintenance, weeding, and graveyard guardian. Technically a Knight of the Radiant herself (with full Knight's privileges and honors but not a Knight for hire), Yarra is sworn to protect the dead and their graves, an oath which she takes most seriously. Yarra is quite friendly and upbeat, but it's well known among Clan Shikoire natives not to touch her graveyard without permission. The little Pearlcatcher isn't intimidating, per se- until you give her good reason to be. |

Misc: Yarra should have a link to the clan graveyard in bio, where there's a list of deceased dragons and images of their graves oh man that's gonna be cool. One, static image, changes slightly perhaps with clan events, gravestones are added to the image when dragons die in lore.
