______ "There will come a time when you are needed." Those were the first words uttered to her when she wanted to help in the forges, she was going to be trained and exalted with the other young dragons. Seraphine knew that it was an honor to be exalted, in her heart she knew there was something more she could do. If they just would let her try! Frustrated, she snuck in during the night to practice making swords and daggers, weapons of all kind.

______ Years later and she still works in the forges, as the master weapons smith. She is well respected and her handiwork is nothing short of amazing, she took on an apprentice who shared a similar passion to her, Brandr who is the leaders' son. Seraphine is as proud of him as if he were her very own. Glad she can pass her skills on to someone she knows will do well. Her hammer is constantly ringing in the forges and you can hear her humming a merry tune as she works. Ask her and she will happily explain what she is making in great detail. Her smoky appearance has spread rumors that she was practically hatched in the forges and she's often teased that the forges have become her charge. To that she merely smiles, grips her hammer a little tighter and returns to work. "You may be right, but the whole place can't be my charge, I crave nothing more than to share it with the other smiths and anyone else curious enough to stop by."
