Fárbauti is a leader. As cold and imperceptible as the mountains. They have known little else but strife and struggle, dedicating themself wholly to the act of war and hunting. The Shade is a formidable enemy, and they will not allow themself to be put on the back paw. Fárbauti formed the small clan of Imperials that makes up the bulk of the Icebinders and leads them with an iron claw.

The Icebinders themselves train legions of recruits - known colloquially as the icebound. The Icebound are either sent to serve the Icewarden or directed to the farthest reaches of Sornieth to supplement the ranks of allied flights. Working closely with Kvasir, Fárbauti has a more direct line of communication with the Icewarden than most would be led to believe, given the Icebinders' reclusive tendencies.

Those close to Fárbauti know them to be dependable and soft-hearted at times, but it takes significant effort to see that side of them. With so many Imperials in one place, Farbauti is often preoccupied with worry. Vigilance makes them tense and eager to pour all their energy into preventing tragedy and untold horrors.

We will not make the same mistakes.
