Life’s always been a bit off-key to Rivi. As a hatchling she was taken in by a trio of “bee faes” (Sonnuk, Indil, and Vayne), and when they flew into the fledgling clan Viral Evolution, Rivi was finally able to become a little striped fae too with the help of clan alchemist Pestilence. But it was too good to last, as the clan’s dissolution saw the bee faes off to exaltation.

Fortunately, Rivi found a friend in another outcast, Gizmo, and soon they made a home for themselves in the Golem Workshop. Now Rivi can be found using magic to fix and reconstruct machinery—a task the duo have dubbed “magitroubleshooting.” The duo don’t work as tirelessly as they used to these days, but the gears of their bond churn tirelessly as ever.
