• a very outgoing and extroverted coatl who has no issues making friends or general acquaintances out of anyone. as an avid researcher and scholar pollyanna is fluent in both written and verbal traditional draconic, as well as her native coatl tongue, in order to be able to absorb every bit of information about the stars above them. she has even determinedly begun learning the monosyllabic gesture based language of the fae using her own head fins.

• despite her outwardly cheerful demeanour pollyanna often internally struggles with her loyalty to the arcanist and his teachings and the pull of the call tying her to abadox and lorica as a whole. while she would never be so bold as to leave her found family and home behind, there are times where she will sit and ponder what could have been had she been able to live near the arcanist's observatory, as she had always dreamt of as a child.

• makes a very peculiar sweet tea of flowers drenched in salt that, when covered with water, unfurl and steep to make a slightly salty, aromatic drink, often made sweeter with sugar. this has become one of engracia's favourite beverages and pollyanna is often asked to make several cups per day as the two of them work on their studies. pollyanna also makes small pots of jelly from fruit such as lychee and pitaya, a treat to wind down to at the end of the day.
