__ A self-made dragon built from the broken remains of an old life; a dragon that refuse to yield. Kvasir learned the value of himself, he learned to harness the power that always flowed through his veins, and it created a dragon whose mere presence demand respect. He has walked the hardened paths of life, has lost everything twice over and then some, but managed to rise from the ashes of who he'd been. Whilst he's become a formidable dragon, he has not lost touch with his gentle heart, and Kvasir is undoubtedly one of the kindest and most understanding dragons in all of Valhall. He yearns to help those around him and now, finally, he has the means to do it. And he will spare no expense as he chases after a dream of changing the world into something better. As a pillar of Valhallan community, Kvasir goes the extra mile for those around him. He's involved in nigh on everything and most will run into him, but he enjoys the hustle of his busy life. |

______THE NEW LIFE OF A FRIGHTENED SOUL
His birthclan had never allowed him to love it, but Valhall did, and Kvasir's truly impressive talents set him onto a path to become one of the most formidable mages the Icefields had ever seen. No matter that he was plagued by insecurities, and anxiety, and true awkwardness, Kvasir carved out a home for himself among the dragons of Valhall.
Kvasir was a natural, harnessing magic and taking to it as easily as a hatchling would take to flight, and he was surrounded by more support than he could have ever dreamed of.
And it gave him a purpose in life, unintentionally or not.
His heart was always kind, gentle, and it was a struggle at first to find any semblance of balance in his life. The world was still cruel, after all, and Kvasir had always been wholly unprepared for it. But no longer would he stand defenceless at the back of the pack. He worked hard, day in and day out, until he could wield the natural magics with the same ease as he'd draw breath, and he vowed to never be helpless again.
No longer would anyone else decide his path for him-- if they tried, he would strike them down.
Perhaps not the sort of sentiment one would have expected from a dragon as soft as Kvasir, but there was freedom in standing tall, and the longer he lived among the dragons of Valhall the more he realized that kindness was worth little when only given to others.
Was it not the hardest lesson of all to learn to be kind to oneself?
Taking on a journey of self-discovery, Kvasir first changed the colours of his scales. Leaving behind the murky colours of his old self, he draped himself in brilliant hues he could never have dreamed of, with wings as pale as the ice he now lived among. The striped scales of his parents were shed, his own markings settling on his new self, and he shed his old name entirely.
Finding his new name in a book about the olden gods, Kvasir reclaimed himself entirely-- body and soul.
He was finally his own dragon.
With the proper teachings, Kvasir's talents never failed to impress-- unlike most mages, he could harness every kind of elemental magic in the Waking Plane. Nigh on unheard of, it was, but Kvasir could shape the frigid magics of the Southfields as well as the unpredictable, bubbling magics of the Wasteland.
And as he had become more than the twitchy, nervous dragon of his past, Kvasir decided to create the Unyielding.
Seeking out others like himself, Kvasir was determined to offer them the same support Valhall had given him, because if he could help only a single dragon trapped in the same hell he'd been in, then he could die unburdened when that day came.
