Astarex

Ezadeth and Kroniil's third-born, from their second nest. Cavehaven's Nature representative. A confident, strong female with a great love of exploration. She frequents the swampy areas near her clan's cave, a hobby that has given her nicknames such as "bog-meister", "marsh-walker", teasingly "swamp-feet"-- really, the affectionate names seem to have no end. When Astarex is not strategizing with clanmembers, she is likely wandering around in the vast woods. She even has a favorite mudpool to relax in.

Astarex is very adept with Nature magic for her age. She can hasten growth such that her clan is able to harvest without worry of depleting the nearby terrain. She is also able to shrink organic matter temporarily, preserving all aspects of their integrity given the object is not too complex. Perhaps her most impressive skill is being able to control elements of the landscape--powerfully enough to make them appear sentient! Though this is such a formidable strength, she by far most often uses it to enhance her mudbaths. "It's good for your scales.", she justifies.
