A tactical genius and master strategist, Soundwave is also a skilled telepath, rivalled only by Kerrigan and Tezcacoatl. Many call him a spymaster, and he certainly seems to hold the role in Tarn's eyes, second only to Noodle.

Silent, regal, deadly with not only a mastery of physical combat, but also a unrivalled mastery over ice-magic, he walks amongst the clan without fear, and seems to enjoy watching the various members of the clan, yet he's far from nice, and all too willing to blackmail others to get what he wants.

Many claim he hides ice-tentacles under the cloak, that he brainwashed Tezca, that those who enter his lair without invite never return, or are never the same when they leave.

He's rarely heard to talk, and when he does, it can be..... Odd.
