Loud and--some would say--obnoxious, Deirdre is devoted to creating beauty, and will not hesitate to explain to others what exactly they are doing wrong.

Despite her snobbery, she will not hesitate to defend any of her clanmates, and plays an immense role in keeping the coffers filled with the paintings that she sells, and, more recently, the eggs she lays.

She and Belathazi are rivals as well as close friends.

They both agree that it is a downright shame no one has discovered a spell yet that will allow two wyverns to have a nest together. Because any children of theirs would undoubtedly be the most beautiful creatures ever to exist.
