*Y ou've never been more thrilled to be rescued by a plague clan in your life after trekking the Abiding Boneyard...Now you know why the only rule here is survival of the fittest! Deciding to explore the lair, you meet up with a skydancer who looks to be judging you before he spoke. I guess you're not the type to study magic? You answered that you study the magic of the world before you study yourself. This earned a new expression from him.* Interesting answer, though it's almost as silly as any of the others who don't study the magic they are born with. My name's Alune, traveler.

*You stayed polite despite his words rubbing you a little wrong since it can get ugly quick out here. You asked how far he has gotten with his studies just to let him inflate his pride a little. It feels like I have gotten pretty far, but no closer to the root of our magic at the same time. But I supposed that you think I'm odd for being a plague dragon who thinks like an arcane dragon? You shake your head at Alune, admitting that it's no better than some of the dragons out there who acts unlike their heritage such as him. He looked like he was relieved to not be getting any heat from that feature of his...Maybe that's why he carries this front you are catching.

As you walked near his very tidy workshop you both hear the thuds of a guardian approaching. You recognize her as the dragon who had saved you from before. She glanced at Alune, looking doting and stern at the same time. Alune...What have we discussed three days ago?
Alune thought about it before he answered. Was it about the magical energies I've theorized to be fragments of our deities' powers in our bodies?
The Guardian shook her head to tell him that he was wrong. We had discussed that if I was to walk into your room without destroying anything with my bulky body, you were going have to clean it. Your room's still a mess when I had peeked in there today.

You saw how tidy the workshop was just from the doorway, telling you that his room must be less important than this one. Alune was sheepish for a minute, but quickly put his facade back in place. Is it that important to talk about my room when we have a guest here?
It is if you want to spend some time with me... Alone. I do not have such a soundproof door for peace and quiet I'm wanting this time. You winced, knowing that was a sting on Alune right there. The skydancer flinched, seeing that his mate was serious about it before she broke into a smile. Just kidding. But it still stands that it's a mess and some of the others have complained about it.

You took note of the guardian's build and asked if she fights often, to which Alune scoffed at the comment. Of course Priya fights! She's very protective of the clan and can be very strict to ensure our survival.
Priya nodded at what the skydancer said. I don't even let uninvited dragons and critters escape the lair without a wound to remember their mistake of intruding. Sometimes I do not know someone was invited and Alune will have to stop me before I can hurt them.
Considering that she had invited you in herself, you considered yourself lucky. You couldn't help but thanked the two leaders for the occasion as it's not every day that you find a nice plague clan out here. Priya giggled at the statement. Yes, we're nicer than many of them out in the Scared Wasteland, but it doesn't mean that we haven't done our own share of cruelty. We just save it for those we think deserve it more than others.

That evil grin alone told you that was no joke from Priya. She then looked at Alune, curiosity on her face now. So...What were you up to?
Alune appeared to roll his eyes about that question as he answered. Must you always sneak your way into my conversations and studies? I always thought that Pry would be a better name for you.
*Chuckling, you didn't mind as all three of you walked into the workshop to chat on Alune's subject about the magic within every dragon out there.
