sacnite, the alchemist
Sacnite was born to a life of many misfortunes. He was abandoned in the Abiding Boneyard as a hatchling for his faded plumage, his parents believing he would match the crumbling bones as he slowly wasted away. His dull color, frequent bouts of illness, poor sense of sight, as well as other imperfections made him a vulnerable target for the vicious packs of Mirror dragons roaming the wasteland before being rescued by clan leader Galena and brought to safety within the walls of the sanctuary. As he was exiled before being named, he lacks the traditional second name in Coatl tongue.

Sacnite's demeanor seems to clash with his upbringing. He cares deeply for acquaintances and close friends alike, and is even warm to those outside the clan. However, he has a penchant for practical jokes and mischief, keeping him from connecting with more rigid dragons. Even though he gets along well with almost everyone, some take pity on him due to what he experienced as a hatchling.

He gets along particularly well with Dorcas because of their similar pasts, as well as most clan members that aren't annoyed by his antics. This puts him at a great disadvantage with the clan executioner Matsu. He has a special relationship with Galena, who both brought him into the clan and taught him everything he knows about all of Sornieth. He is sensitive to harsh sunlight and is rarely active during the daytime.
