A captivating - if not bizarre - sight for many clangoers, Soliloquy devotedly performs ceremonies for The Eleven every week for the dragons of Amberspire to attend should they wish.

She is deeply spiritual, and claims the clan is her charge. Her goal is to bring them closer to the deities they've moved so far away from in favour of innovation and technology.

Very few dragons do show their faces at these gatherings - unless to pray for recovery of the ill or to mourn a dragon's passing - for Amberspire has long since abandoned religious practices save for burials.

There is no place for muttering to the gods under Pepper's watch - after all, why would the old gods matter in a place where such incredible new power is to be birthed?

Under strong advisement by both Princess Avonne and her occasional audience, Soliloquy moved to Ever-Autumn Woods and started a modest church there.

Due to lack of patronage, she was driven to move on.
