Biography
The clan's warrior, Requiem may not be as aggressive as Battlecry before her, but she has every bit of fighting spirit. And despite her name, she is determined to live her own life to the fullest.

The Serthis writhed on the lair's floor, eyes burning with hate - no language barrier could fail to translate that sentiment, or how strong it was.
"Requiem, I will not stand for this," Caron shouted. Or something close to it - Caron didn't do violent acts, he didn't shout, but he certainly got worked up, and wasn't afraid of showing it. Requiem's fins instinctively bent backwards in submission, before she forced them up again.
"He is my prey. My loot. I decide what happens of him."
"Take his things, for the Arcanist's sake, eat him, he is your prey. That's fine, you went to get food, you came back with food, but I will not stand for the merciless abuse of a living being-"
"My. Loot."
"Requiem, there will be no prisoners in my lair!"
This time Caron actually shouted. It was short, and he immediately spun into a nervous knot, in silent, frustrated apology. Requiem had known him all her life, she had known him for too long to not notice that, or not notice how his eyes were flittering with restrained anger.
And Caron had known her all her life, too. They both knew very well that there was no way the Mirror was going to go down that easy.
"No." she growled, and Bud, on her side, sighed.
"Requiem-"
"Like it or not," Caron interrupted, nostrils flaring and long tail disentagling itself so the Spiral could fly closer, "I am this clan's leader. I raised you, I know you can do better than this. For once in your life, listen to me, Requiem!"
"When you give me a name of mine, I will, father!"
Silence.
For half a heartbeat, one could hear a pin drop.
Bud stilled. Caron's eyes widened, his body moving back on instinct.
Requiem stood her ground, claws digging on the rock of the cave where they had taken residence.
Then, the Serthis captive hissed, halfway to a scream, and the moment broke.
"I'm keeping him. And if for any reason you free him, Plaguemother help me, I will bring back another. They're all the same, anyway."
Requiem waited, and nodded when she only received silence in confirmation. "I'm going hunting. Bud, if you want to join, move."
"Yeah- yeah," the Skydancer stammered, as the Mirror moved to stand over her writhing captive.
"You're gonna learn Draconic," she murmured, and grabbed him by the hair to pull him to eye level. The creature didn't still, only struggled more, even when her other front claw went to his chest in an obvious display of threat.
"Damn. Feisty one. Lucky, don't you think, Caron?" she asked, fully aware, without needing to look, that their leader was trying to restrain from spinning himself in stressed circles and doing a terrible job of it. As Bud joined her, she dropped the Serthis, meeting his eyes in challenge.
"Maybe one day I'll even give you a name."
