Night Dunekere - Hunter

Dunekeres are feral beasts that roam in deserts like the shattered plain, abiding boneyard, or highland scrub. Dunekeres born with obsidian-colored hide, but as they survive and grow larger, theirs hide color will gradually changes into bright sand.

Most young dunekeres known to hunt in pack at night, as theirs obsidian hide theirs presence. Their eyes glowing red becoming the only thing the prey can see before it attacks. Then the nightmarish chittering noises they make when they eat a prey alive....

Most dunekeres doesn't survive to adulthood due to they are too feral and voracious to pick weaker targets. The ones who does, mostly are the ones that are more clever and patience than the rest. These adult dunekeres, which also called sun dunekeres, hunt in midday, hiding themselves below the sand or between rocks.
