 Billow

Billow is the quiet, thoughtful, deliberate sibling. Where Gust charges in, Billow strategizes. He takes after his father and wants to learn everything about leading the clan and providing for everyone. He adores his family, and is always thrilled when his siblings come back to visit from their work for the Windsinger, getting excited days in advance—and always brooding after they leave again.

Billow fell in love when he was younger. He feels deeply, and truly believed that his first love would be his only love. He had three daughters with Alita--Maria, Dahlia, and Laelia--but she did not want the quiet, everyday life of Silas’s small clan. When she went to serve the Windsinger as an airborne scout, the girls chose to go with her (May 2015).

After he recovered from his loss, he realized that what he wanted had always been right in front of him--Lizzy, daughter of Clooney and Gwenna. She had always been like another of his siblings--until she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. They are now happy together with their daughter Lola and the rest of their extended family. In his spare time, Gust is learning to play chess from Nemo and Fraxinus.

Billow is training with the faming spec from Culex’s guide. His bonded Kelp Tender familiar was a gift from Pocketwitch (April 2015).
