Gaia joined one wonderful day when she was flying over the area where the Kaito clan resided and noticed that the clan was just two dragons and an egg. She decided to fly down and give the clan a visit.
Gaia asked them if this was really all of their clan. They then nodded and told her that they were just starting out. She laughed and told them that they weren't going to get far with how they were doing things and that they needed someone with experience in how clans worked. She then continued to talk about how she used to belong to the Nekomori clan before she discovered this clan.
she was once mated to Rubin for a tiny bit but then she realized that he talked way too much and made it hard to read her books so she ended the relationship. She was then Next Mated with Sheng, who was perfect for her since he loved books just as much as she did.
Everything went great for the two until one night while Gaia was asleep and Sheng was up writing something for the clan when he must of noticed something peculiar which led to his murder so that he wouldn't spread word about what he seen. He left a dying message on a scroll but no one has been able to figure it out, not even Amadeus the detective of the clan. It was hard for her to get over the death of her mate but Caius helped her through the pain with his cheerful attitude and fun way with words.
