Caspar
Calm whisper

Many moons have come and gone and after a lifetime of living Caspar found himself in Foggy's company, a nondescript faded Coatl who nonetheless inspired loyalty. Caspar was invited to stay with Foggy's group, to make his home with them, and as the years passed found himself once again with a Quill in paw, notarizing the happenstances of Foggy's entourage. Caspar had become the lair historian. Indeed, Caspar likes to spend his evenings relaxing with a warm saki in hand, deep in conversation with anyone who'll bid him the time, listening to any and all the stories folks tell him, old and new. His memory is like a steal trap and once he's alone he meticulously records everything he's heard. Really, if folks knew this they might not be so keen to drink his saki and spill their tales!!

Caspar used to love writing when he had claws to hold a quill with. He was one of the first dragons to join Halffjay and Rosettclaw in the Rusty Warehouse, when he was hardly more than a hatchling. The sand got in his fur, but he didn't really mind. He was intrigued by the old building and kept coming up with different ideas about why it was abandoned.

Soon enough he found another thing to occupy his time with when Sorbet joined the clan. When Rosanna brought back a strange egg, Caspar thought it was a rock. How surprised was he when a pink, fluffy dragon popped out after a few days! Young Caspar found Rosanna to be quite a bit intimidating, so he was very happy to have a new playmate. He and Sorbet became fast friends, and over time their friendship blossomed into something else entirely.

They laid one clutch together. Four eggs, all boys. Caspar was absolutely smitten with the smaller versions of himself and he doted upon them constantly. However, even though the Rusty warehouse was a safe haven in the shifting expanse, it wasn't without its dangers. First Rainer, then Jay, died; Rainer taking a bad fall from one of the catwalks and Jay becoming heat-sick not long after. Caspar took it hard, and he and Sorbet laid no more clutches after that. His remaining sons, Kinseley and Erik, the eldest and the youngest, turned out to be polar opposites. But there is only one thing stronger than their devotion to each other, and that is their parents's love for them.
