Obie is the Hivernal Scar Clan’s flying ace. A Wind dragon who wouldn’t take the time to land if he had the choice, the clan's first leader put his energy to work as the clan’s courier—if a package or note needs to be delivered to another flight’s lands, it’s Obie who does the carrying.

Obie has something he’s a bit sensitive about: his coloring. This is a more mild sort of problem, as he generally accepts that there’s no one who thinks of him as more feminine for the magenta markings and pink tint of his wings.
