Hildr Valkyrie Lost | Determined | Patient During the wars of old, she lived as a glorious maiden of battle, ushering thousands of brave fallen souls from the battlefields to the gates of Valhalla. As time passed, the wars of old ceased, and the role of the Valkyries diminished. As the others left, she stayed at the gates, diligently awaiting the return of the battles of legend. She keeps herself alive with means she does not understand; all she knows is that these "enhancements" have allowed her to keep her post far longer than her sisters. She has waited for centuries, her angelic light fading, clutching to the hope that one day the Valkyries will be needed again, so that she may not fail her sworn oath. |
