Grimm is the first dragon you will have to meet if you wander into the Burrows for a stay. A cranky, disinterested manager with no sense of tact, she runs the front desk and files away everything. She's often found complaining about her job and the other dragons that live here - though when questioned why she stays, she never answers.

Originally, she was to serve as the replacement for a mage in another Clan. However, as she didn't have Shadow magic, and the mage ended up staying, she was sent to the Burrows in the hopes of giving her something to do. She is still not over this in the slightest.
