When the sun rose above the horizon, Seashell was already awake, the sound of dishes filling her lair. She hummed a bright song through the open window, pausing occasionally to watch the birds. Before most other dragons were awake, she was walking down the street to the bakery. ""After all,"" her motto went. ""The best bread is the freshest bread!"" And, she had a tea party later today, so picking up some scones could be good, too. As she walked, her loud humming earned her a few annoyed looks from too-tired dragons, but she simply smiled and waved, and their frowns faded quickly. Another day, another morning.
