Lazul would consider himself to be the long-suffering coliseum partner of Tal von Dorn and
Crown of Stars (who he also insists on calling by their full names). That isn’t necessarily the truth, however - the other two consider him to be just as much of a menace as they are. Lazul is often the first to criticize Tal and Crown, thus prompting an hour-long argument (which could easily end sooner, but Tal, especially, likes to egg Lazul on). These squabbles, and Lazul’s general demeanor, don’t mean the team isn’t effective, or doesn’t get along at all - they’re the clan’s coliseum fighters for a reason.
Lazul is a skilled fighter, flowing like liquid during combat, preferring a sort of “hit-and-run”
strategy - to approach at high speed (usually flying) and slash the opponent(s) with his sword or claws (making long, somewhat “light” gashes), then speeding away (again, usually flying). He’s proud of his prowess, and holds himself as such - head held high and walking with a swaggering step. Tal and Crown think it’s hilarious, rather often mocking him to his face. Lazul would never admit it, but he knows they do it with some fondness, and is rather pleased by their apparent attention to his gait.
