“Come one, come all, hire the best navigator on this side of Sornieth!” Flamma’s cries often rang out in the port side towns. Most of the time, her calls went unheard. “Ships don’t need navigators anymore, are you crazy?” one sailor even said to her. Regardless of what they thought, Flamma continued her goal. She wouln’t waste the years she’s spent becoming one with the ocean, learning every crack, crevice, and current. She wouldn’t give up her passion to pursue some boring job stocking shelves. Flamma wanted adventure. And when the hurricane hit, she got it. Several ships were stranded in the open ocean, and none of the other dragons were strong enough to find them and guide them past the gale to shore. But Flamma did, even having to pull one of the ships through the depths. When all of them returned safely, Flamma knew one thing was for certain: She’ll never again have a lack of customers.
