Mamba

A Sandsurge swims in the winding waters of the Driftwood Drag. It began when she was young. The ground by the water was softer, more malleable. She could cut through it, yes, but did she wish to?

Fed up with the feeling of mud sticking to her scales, she sank into the water, and the enjoyment it brought rewired her habits. She spent most of her time in the water now, justifying a majority of it to her clan with her foraging.

Near daily, she could be found in either the Drag's streams or swamps. And in her slinking through the water, she came across an Aberration that seemed born of flame herself. The antithesis to the darkness of her homeland and the murky waters she'd come to love.

In that Aberration's eyes, she could see hearth and home. Perhaps she needed nothing more.
