Rorrim

Rorrim is a sailor that works under a former member of my clan. Rorrim used to be a fisherman on the western shore of the Scarred Wasteland, where the living is not so bad compared to the interior. Most of the time out there, you can't even tell it is part of the Scarred Wasteland. The Captain, Stern, came through his little village as a caravan hand to some long-distance traders from my clan. Rorrim could see the gleam in Stern's eyes, a wanderlust for the waters. In a bid to show Stern something amazing, Rorrim brought Stern's attention to a beached ship down the coast. Old and derelict, but preserved well by the relatively stale air, magic, and the spirits that inhabited it then. Stern was infatuated with it.

It took years, but Rorrim and Stern got the ship working through the expenditure of a whole lot of elbow grease and the likelihood of decades of debt for both of them.

In his several decades, Rorrim has done many things that he regrets. From theft to murder (She deserved it), Rorrim's fair share of misdeeds has begun to wear on him heavily. If it were not for his two families, one made of the Slattern and the other made of his children, Rorrim would have nothing to look forward to or to reflect upon. In his own little bid of freedom, Rorrim works as hard as his old bones allow him to. He tries to help with many things around the Slattern, but, most of the time, Rorrim ends up winded and \begins retelling old stories and moral lessons instead.

Due to Rorrim's Plague heritage, his body's digestive and filtration systems are incredibly resilient. For example, Rorrim can drink seawater without ill effect. Similarly, Rorrim can ingest normally toxic quantities of various poisons and pathogens. At the same time, Rorrim is highly resistant to the effects of medicines and alcohols.
