Though they have no formal name or emblem, this collection of dragons is known as The Nest: a disorganized group united (mostly) in love of adventure, shiny things, and the discovery of shiny things through adventure. Before, the Nest had no true leaders. There was Alcippe, who had built the first Nest, and the Council of Elders, who had lent the newborn their strength, but to truly control the Nest? Mere figureheads, chosen for a day or two to oversee the disorganized masses and to front communications with other clans. But now... now, Neophytos has taken charge. Now years ago, between the final eve of The Night of the Nocturne and the final day of the Mistral Jamboree Neophytos slowly lead the Nest to Dragonhome, his home, to the far eastern edge where the Gladekeeper’s influence spills over across the water and gives Earthshaker’s lands green valleys. It is in one such valley where, under his direction, they have settled, the strongest among them carving a huge cavern out of the base of a mountain. What Neophytos's motives are in leading them here still remains to be seen. Though most of the nest is curious enough to have treated the move as a great adventure, there are rumors of disaster coming their way... |

- For the moment, the Nest is controlled by Neophytos, but other dragons may step up to temporarily lead (avatar).
- The dragonlets born to the Nest rarely stay with their parents, instead opting to go out and see the world - sometimes at a very young age. They are more of adventurers than mercenaries, but the clink of coin is as good a motivator to them as seeing the skies above a foreign landscape.
- Though the Nest currently swears allegiance to Earth Flight, the majority of them are from Water - mostly through their sisterclan Anklebiter, with whom they trade often. The majority of the Council lived with Anklebiter before joining Alcippe, and now many a dragonlet has followed in their footsteps and moved from one clan to the other.

I AM HERE FOR ALL THE COLORS. AND THE DRAGONS. and looking at all the pretty colorful dragons and breeding them and dressing them up and collecting rocks and shells and getting really into my disaster lore and . . .
i am like 40% anxiety, 40% distracted, and 20% bad eyesight, so i am super terrible about replying to messages. :( attempts will be made, probably, but also i once forgot to answer someone's question for three whole weeks, so, uh. i'm sorry about that. D:
i will 100% give away any dragons in the FOR SALE tab for free if you want them enough to send me a crossroads or something. i pretty much price at 'pls don't immediately exalt this bab' levels ...which unfortunately are forever in a state of flux. sooo feel free to adopt an adventurer!
i also name hatchlings before i list them, because seeing UNNAMED UNNAMED UNNAMED UNNAMED in the progeny tab bothers me. :( don't let that deter you! names aren't permanent!! go have the amazing dragon of many names that you've always dreamed of!!!

this is why i have a ton of their dragons' offspring and why they have a ton of mine and why i keep encouraging them to breed certain pairs.
