I unfortunately can't find any comprehensive guides to all the new stuff (and there is quite a lot!), but fundamentally many of the features you knew in the past have stayed the same :) Features like the Hibernal Den, Arlo's Digsites, and Grand Exchange hub for onsite holidays have been added along with other features and a plethora of new genes/breeds/familiars and apparel. If you're curious about updates you may want to poke through the Announcements and News forum section!

They are usually valued around 70g/kt to start, with double/triple colors, imperial breeds, earth flight dragons, or unbred dragons selling for more.
