"What comes after war?

The answer can be summed up in two words; a lot.

After war there is destruction. Crushed eggs, wailing widows, shellshocked veterans and orphaned hatchlings. There is broken stone pillars, ruinied caves which once upon a time served as homes, and acres scorched so bad nothing will ever grow there again. There is hate, anger and sadness. Pain and unsecurity.

But after war there is also a new beginning. A new dawn rises over the hills, allowing those hiding to finally escape from their self-created prisons. There will be bonding, comrades with bonds that only could be forged in the heat of battle. After the war comes new alliances, new beginnings, new families.

There will never be a war without immense negative or some surprising positive outcomes. It is a law within the phsycological world of every sentinent creature. One cannot change it, one just have to make the best out of it."

This is exactly what the dragons of Clan Bottochelli are trying to do. Having all been affected by war in either one or another way, the clan acts as a shelter for those left behind. Here you will find dragons who has been prisoners for so long they cannot relate to their homelands, traumatized soldiers who still have trouble to adapt to a world where one can sleep with both eyes closed, as well as dragons whose mates and children never came back from the war.

Acting beneath the alpha pair, Nedslag and Saltlok, the dragons of the Bottochelli clan tries their best to leave their past behind. This is done with the help of hard workdays, crafting, shipping and marketing, every aspect needed for a business to run smoothly.

Knowing that almost everyone in the clan is broken in one way or another, the social support system within the clan is very strong. The clanmembers care about each other, help each other, offer each other the care they need. Long term feudes are not accepted. However, this is a clan of former soldiers, and clashes of immense pent up anger can and will occur.
