In the shadow of the Shrieking Wilds sits a seaside cliff festooned with greenery of all kinds. A cave clawed out of the side serves as the beginning of a primitive lair bustling with young dragons while the foliage above has been torn apart and crushed under the near-constant training of the occupants. Lore The Reaching Roots clan consists of a few disparate groups of dragons with their own specific duties. The nomadic Travelers roam the lands like seeking tendrils, finding and recruiting wayward hatchlings and dragons. The home-bound Tenders see to the matters of the lair itself and their new charges, nursing the injured back to health and bringing up the young. The militant Trainers, rigorous and zealous, are the final and most influential group. Always looking toward the Behemoth, they instill the lessons of nature, both punishing and forgiving, on the new recruits so that they may someday faithfully serve the Gladekeeper. |
