Welcome to The Citadel: a city clan; open to the public. The Citadel is a place of dragons where most are welcomed. Many strangers come here for business, goods, or to acquire knowledge. Rent a den or have a pit stop from a long journey. Dragons come and go frequently. But some choose to stay. Although this clan has something under it's sleeves. With the disguise of the citadel, lies Soluna, a group of dragons who aspire to be vigilantes

The clan acquired a vast amount of territory. The tall citadel walls protect the first to fourth wards inside its stone barrier. The sky is shown all throughout to display the stars and the moons.[See below for Clan References]
First Ward:The Leaders had specifically constructed a towering observatory library in the middle of their land in inspiration of The Arcanist. Small floating pieces of land hover above. This ward is where The Protegere as it's called, the building/living space/office of The Leaders and other officials.
Second Ward: The Celestial Eminence with the leaders children live in this ward. The headquarters of Soluna Tree is also present. Contains misc.
Third Ward:Medic Den is located here. The section is for misc. usage, commonly for festivals, small shops, businesses, and personal uses.
Fourth Ward:Living quarters are located in there.
Fifth Ward:The area is open space, the edges guarded by The Eyes. Similar to fourth ward..

The clan is made with three Leaders and potential 8 advisors.
-The Leaders((which currently consist of Lunar,Solar,and Terra)
-Celestial Eminence(Advisers for the Leaders)
-(Lux and Nox can take over in-clan when the Leaders are not present for direct leadership. But not without heavy eye on them for their history of misconduct)


SOLUNA (A team of a diverse array of dragons organized by The Leaders to protect the city clan and preform various duties for dragons, whether that's shipping supplies to dragons in need or investigating a murder. They're the ones who do the work no one else wants to do uh yea

Citadel Guards (Disciplined masked dragons, similar in appearance, are the ones who patrol the clan silently. They act as guards and messengers.

CELESTIAL EMINENCE(The Leader's advisers who aid in decisions and to help represent clan member voices. Currently there are six advisers: Mercury, Venus, Terra (Also the third leader of the clan), Mars, Jupiter, Saturn)
