Some merge, some run in their own solitary timelines, some are everything, some are nothing, and some... are both. Penguins, seals, sea lions, seabirds, whales and krill are littered across this vast land, bracing the cold and surviving the predators that lurk on the snow, or in the water. Magical beings inhabit the Ice among the common wildlife there as well. Selkie or merfolk sightings are not uncommon when dragons travel into their territory on boats or flights, but old-school sailors always say that the presence of any of these strange beings signal good luck.
