The Clan of the Winter Rose sits nestled next to a snow capped mountain range where the snow melts down into gushing rivers during Spring. Below the mountains is a field filled with blooming snowdrops and flowers that look like ice. A path leads you through the flower field and up into the mountains. It curls around the back of a small mountain for about a 30 minute walk (or flight.) Despite the high altitude, it isn’t freezing cold, and it seems to warm up the farther you get on the path. Eventually you arrive at the entrance.

A large archway covered in frosted red and white roses is at the front. Pine trees glittering with fresh snow surround the clan creating a secluded yet comforting space. Stepping into the clearing, the cold seems to completely disappear and instead you feel the warm sun and a hint of a cool breeze, as well as the snow also seems to stop falling. It was amazing seeing the snow fall everywhere but the clearing At the front a stone path twisted through a garden bursting with flowers of all colors, with several gardener dragons tending to it. Past the garden tents are scattered all over the mountain. Each one is a canvas tent on a wood deck with a log frame decorated beautifully with everything a dragon could need. The farther up the mountain you go, the bigger and fancier the tents get and soon become rustic log cabins.

The Snowdrop Spire is the palace for the royals, a huge spire made out of ice seated on the mountain, as well as an underground part of it. The underground part of it is a hollowed out area in the mountain where they living spaces are, with ornate decorations along the halls. Though the whole palace may be made out of ice, a strange force of magic keeps a pleasurable temperature that isn’t too cold. The queen’s chamber is decorated with roses, snowdrops, and other flowers of all colors.
