The Enchanted Caves

You've walked for many hours, maybe even days, without laying your eyes upon fruitful land. The ground here is dry and the air loaded with dust. You feel tired, very tired...
From the corner of your eye you see something shiny, you think. Or is your tired mind playing tricks on you?Turning your head, you look again, only to see nothing but cracked rocks with narrow passages. When you turn your back to the cracked rocks, you see barren plains. You shrug your shoulders and start making your way through the cracks, hoping to find the source of the shiny...thing you think you saw before. The deeper you go, the less room to spare you have. Your fantasies about what riches there could be shining are the only thing that's keeping you going at this point.
But when you finally reach the source, it turns out to be something you couldn't even have made up in your wildest dreams. A cave, lit up by sunbeams coming from several small cracks in the ceiling, it's walls lined with amethyst crystals. Resting on top of a big pile of food in the middle of a cave is a small purple fae. You've found the enchanted caves.

Welcome to my lair! I'm Nioxiz, or Olga and I've only gotten back into this game just now (feb 2020) after a long break. So a lot is new and shiny and exciting to me. In real life I enjoy a fine cup of quality tea, long hikes in nature, evenings filled with music and dance and playing boardgames. I used to study geology, so now I can't go on a trip without bringing my trustworthy hammer along. Nowadays I am studying to be a teacher, however. Pleased to meet you!
