Clan Coldlock is a small fishing community, known mostly as a place dragons have come from and have had no interest in going back to. The settlement's only export (apart from migrants) is fish (Phasmatis, F.I. and I.C. Quasomnis, 3A3002), which brings in enough treasure to keep most of the residents around - provided they have no problem with ice water and fish viscera.

The territory also boasts a fish market, a (closed) art shop, a curiosity shop or two, and a 'non-secular prison officer training facility'. The Facility has caused tensions among inter-flight migrants, as only natives of the hamlet are aware of its true purpose. (Jetfire, W.A, 3A2076) As of yet, few dragons admitted to the facility have reappeared. Of the few that have, three immediately left the area, and four are believed to be part of the staff. Among these four is the afore-referenced Quasomnis of the Cloudscrape Crags, who during the entirety of his and Phasmatis of the Emberglow Hearth's report, Substandard settlement practices of the Southern Icefloes and their contribution to world-state change, the Facility (as it has no official name of which I or any of my contacts are aware) was not once mentioned.

There is considerable evidence that the Facility is concerned with the effect of religious practices on the world-state, and as Quasomnis is believed to be part of the staff there, it is strange that he would not speak of it.
